Cruise boat takes you to greenest regions of the Mekong Delta, spending one night or more on the river and into the midst of livelihood. Boats are built entirely of wood in the Mekong delta and according to local tradition, and suitable for discovery cruises, open to outside and offering immediate contact with green surrounding.

An incredible network of rivers and canals bordered by palm trees, Mekong Delta forms an immense fertile and lush region. Thanks to the sediments carried by the mighty river, enough rice and fruit are produced there to feed the whole country and even more for exportation. On the waters of rivers and streams, for centuries, inhabitants have transported their goods by sampan or boat.

Boarding at Cần Thơ at noon. Welcome drink; presentation of the boat and the crew; chek-in cabins. Departure downstream from the Bassac river. Lunch is served on board during the journey.
The Bassac enters Nicolai canal towards Măng Thít river and Cổ Chiên river. Rest on the deck while enjoying landscape of rice fields and of sugar cane.
In the middle of the afternoon, the Bassac drops anchor for a visit: behind the curtain of trees, simple discovery of peaceful life in countryside, rice fields, fruit trees and welcoming farmers.
Boarding, welcome drink upon return on board. Rest on the deck or have a drink while contemplating the sunset.
The crew serves dinner while the Bassac is en route on Măng Thít to its anchor point.

At 6:00 am, departure to Cái Bè. Breakfast at 7:00 am; taking advantage of the landscape of the banks.
The Bassac crosses Cổ Chiên river upstream and then enters Chợ Lách canal for 30 minutes through the traffic of rice and sand barges, in a setting of fruit dryers and shipyards for wooden boats .
Arrival near Cái Bè, transfer to a row boat for the quiet visit of a small canal if the tide allows.
Rendez-vous with a local boat that will take you ashore for a tour of crafts village in Cái Bè.
